Terms of Service

The service

ClickCutout provides a Chrome extension and web account that process selected images, remove backgrounds, and return configured image formats. Results can vary with image quality, subject complexity, and third-party service availability.

Allowances and credits

A transformation is counted after successful processing. Monthly included transformations reset each calendar month and do not roll over. One-time credits are consumed after the included allowance. Failed processing attempts return the reserved allowance or credit automatically.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions renew through Stripe until cancelled. Customers can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, access remains available through the paid billing period after cancellation.

Lifetime access

Lifetime means access to the core product for the commercial life of the service, not an unlimited quantity of cloud processing. The Lifetime offer includes the monthly allowance displayed at purchase. Premium providers, future separate products, and extra credits are not included unless stated.

One-time credits

Credit packs add the quantity displayed at purchase. Credits are tied to the purchasing account, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. A refund removes the full credited quantity from the account. If some refunded credits were already used, future credit additions first offset that refunded usage before becoming available.

Acceptable use

You must have the right to process the selected image. Do not use the service for unlawful material, automated abuse, denial-of-service activity, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass quotas and payment controls.

Availability

The service depends on Chrome, Cloudflare, Google, Stripe, image hosts, and network availability. We may replace providers or adjust technical limits to maintain security, quality, or viability. Material paid-plan changes will be communicated when required.

Refunds and consumer rights

Refund requests are reviewed according to applicable law and the state of the purchased service or credits. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Contact matheo.rbt.pro@gmail.com with the account email and payment date.
